1. Introduction
Welcome to Kalpazo Rental. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and booking of our properties. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Reservations
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Kalpazo Rental.
2.2 A valid payment method and identification document are required at the time of booking.
2.3 The reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
2.4 Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) or Albanian Lek (ALL).
3.3 We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (at check-in).
3.4 A security deposit may be required for certain properties.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
4.2 Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund of total booking cost.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
4.4 No-shows: No refund will be issued.
4.5 Kalpazo Rental reserves the right to modify these terms for special promotions or long-term bookings.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
5.1 Standard check-in time: 14:00 - 23:00
5.2 Standard check-out time: 11:00
5.3 Late check-in or early check-out can be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5.4 Guests must present valid identification at check-in.
6. Guest Responsibilities
6.1 Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
6.2 Smoking is prohibited inside all properties unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the property description.
6.4 Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
6.5 Parties, events, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
6.6 Any damages or losses caused by the guest will be charged to the security deposit or credit card on file.
7. Liability
7.1 Kalpazo Rental is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay.
7.2 We are not responsible for any failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
7.3 Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
8. Changes & Modifications
8.1 Kalpazo Rental reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2 We reserve the right to change property allocations due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, offering a comparable alternative.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
